EXCAPI, is a company created by two people from the worlds of industry and the railways, with more than 7 years industrial experience in France, Latin and Central America and the Caribbean, and more than 30 years experience with railway rolling stock. EXCAPI is based in the French Provence, near to ARLES and has a representative office in Central America.
